What we collect
About you: your name, contact details, role, identity documents and the information we need to verify your business. About the people you pay: the name and bank details you enter for each supplier. About your use of Kelvern: logins, devices, approvals and payment instructions.
Why we use it
To open and run your account, to carry out payments you instruct, to meet our legal obligations on anti-money laundering and fraud prevention, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
The banks and payment systems that carry your payments, our identity verification provider, our safeguarding bank, our auditors, and regulators and law enforcement where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and payment records are kept for at least five years after your account closes, as anti-money laundering rules require. Marketing preferences end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, object to how we use it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
