Supplier payments

Pay 40 suppliers in one run, in five currencies, and know when each one lands.

Single or batch payments to suppliers in the UK, the euro area and 60 other countries, each with its settlement date on the quote.

From £0.30 per payment

Stacks of blue and natural wooden pallets with barcode labels

Batch runs up to 500 lines

Upload a CSV or pick bills from your ledger. Every line gets its own rail, rate and arrival date.

Name checked before it leaves

UK and SEPA payees are matched against the account name, so a changed bank detail is caught before the money moves.

A confirmation your supplier can read

Send a PDF with the rail reference and the settlement date, in English, German, Polish or Mandarin.

Most importers run payments on one or two days a week. The invoices pile up, someone exports them from the ledger, and the payment run turns into an afternoon of copying IBANs into a bank portal that was built for paying the electricity bill.

Kelvern treats the payment run as the job it is. Pull approved bills straight from your accounting software, or upload a CSV from your ERP. Each line is checked for the right rail: pounds go by Faster Payments, euros by SEPA, everything else by SWIFT through one correspondent bank. Each line is priced, and each line shows the day the supplier’s bank will receive it.

What a line in a payment run shows

The supplier, the invoice reference, the amount they receive in their currency, what it costs you in yours, the rail, the fee and the arrival date. If a line would miss a cut-off, it says so in plain words and tells you the next date instead.

Paying the same supplier every month

Save a supplier once and every future payment pre-fills their currency, rail and reference format. Recurring payments, such as a monthly warehouse lease in Rotterdam, can be scheduled up to a year ahead and still go through your approval rules each time.

When something goes wrong

A rejected payment comes back to your balance in the original currency, with the reason from the receiving bank. You can recall a SWIFT payment until it is credited, and we tell you the moment the recall is confirmed.
